What you will do

• Own and execute the user acquisition strategy for the LATAM region.
• Manage and scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, and DSPs.
• Optimize campaigns based on CAC, LTV, and downstream retention metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UA Managers from junior to senior levels.
• Oversee budget allocation across multiple countries and channels.
• Make data-driven decisions to scale or reallocate spend for maximum growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets of 6–7 digits monthly.
• Strong leadership experience or clear readiness to step into a team lead role.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools like Appsflyer.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lima, Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL for data analysis.
