What you will do

• Own end-to-end App Store Optimization (ASO), keyword strategy, and organic acquisition loops.
• Execute paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage the mobile measurement and attribution stack (AppsFlyer/Adjust) for privacy-compliant reporting.
• Optimize the full conversion funnel from install to activation, trial, and subscription.
• Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns via push, in-app messaging, and email to drive retention.
• Build and lead a lean growth marketing team and collaborate with product and data teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing with a heavy focus on mobile apps.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer B2C subscription or freemium mobile apps.
• Deep fluency in cohort analysis, CAC-to-LTV modeling, and attribution logic.
• Proficiency with mobile growth tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Meta Ads, Google UAC, Amplitude, and GA4.
• Experience growing mobile products specifically in the US and/or Western European markets.
• Personal experience with antidepressants is a must.
