What you will do

• Develop and manage Excellency client relationships to meet individual needs and bank objectives.
• Monitor and control customer portfolios through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and retention efforts.
• Conduct detailed financial profiling to identify and recommend suitable wealth management products.
• Deliver agreed financial targets while adhering to departmental policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate service provisions to ensure efficient transaction turnaround and timely documentation.
• Motivate team members to participate in change initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CIIA, FRM, or ICA Specialist are highly valued.
• In-depth knowledge of global financial markets, trends, and wealth management products.
• Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced banking environment.
