Sales & Customer Support Manager (Remote)

We provide complete furnishing solutions, including furniture, lighting, decor, accessories, and home essentials, transforming empty apartments into stylish and comfortable living spaces.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales & Customer Support Manager to join our international team.

Responsibilities

* Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM (English language)
* Process inbound leads and inquiries
* Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients and partners
* Perform cold calling and follow-up activities
* Maintain active communication through calls, messages, and email correspondence
* Support existing clients throughout the sales and project process
* Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and invoices
* Upsell additional products and services to increase the average order value
* Manage deals, tasks, and payments in Bitrix24 CRM
* Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

* Excellent English (C1-C2) is mandatory
* Russian language is a strong advantage
* Confident communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
* Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling daily outreach activities
* Experience in sales, customer support, account management, or business development
* Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus)
* Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
* Self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
