What you will do
- Perform outbound follow-up calls to active customers to offer free training sessions.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on calls made, meetings booked, and lead qualification.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoffs and escalations.
- Act as a guide to help customers maximize the value of the Connecteam platform in their daily operations.
Requirements
- Spotless/fluent English proficiency — non-negotiable
- Strict adherence to working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (CST)
- Strong willingness to manage a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- High level of discipline and organizational skills.
