Salary: $180,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for trading features, ensuring strategic alignment with priorities and milestones.
• Define detailed product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering and QA.
• Translate user research and customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, compliance, and growth.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of specific trading features from concept through launch and iteration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management for financial products at scale, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of retail trading products, including derivatives, perpetuals, stocks, tokenized assets, or options.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine analytical thinking and user empathy.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
