Salary: 6,200 – 7,500 PLN per month

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Scale Interface processes to ensure accurate fulfillment and billing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through various channels to support seamless operations.
• Monitor data accuracy in SAP and review shipping point reports.
• Manage deliveries and address customer requirements to achieve high satisfaction.
• Handle and proactively resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure all process steps align with internal policies and performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in order management or customer service.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gdansk, Poland to support the hybrid work model.
