What you will do

  • Take full ownership of demand forecasting and S&OP facilitation using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for assigned markets to manage risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze demand patterns and market trends to provide actionable insights for forecast improvement.
  • Utilize Kinaxis Rapid Response software to maintain accurate data and support forecasting efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
  • Proven experience in owning and driving the S&OP process.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with demand planning software (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or SAP APO).
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain fundamentals.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Power BI and SAP/4HANA.
