What you will do

• Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics costs, delivery quality, and transportation performance.
• Identify process deviations and initiate corrective or improvement actions.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with external logistics service providers to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate transportation activities and manage the claim process when necessary.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in data analysis or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Excel, preferably with BI reporting experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
