What you will do

  • Support the overall manufacturing strategy for factories and copackers.
  • Maintain and analyze the global manufacturing network's technologies and lines.
  • Validate COGS calculations and provide technical capabilities recommendations for innovation projects.
  • Develop analytical insights to optimize portfolio shifts across manufacturing networks.
  • Coordinate reporting for the Value Creation Plan and cross-functional savings projects.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams on freight costs and customs duty implications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills to structure complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SAP.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain value chains and cost drivers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Katowice, Poland

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience or interest in production technologies and manufacturing processes.
