What you will do

• Oversee the preparation of temporary works designs and ensure they are checked for safety and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-permanent works via RAMS.
• Monitor the erection and use of temporary power, lighting, fencing, scaffolding, and shoring on-site.
• Ensure all temporary works meet relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure temporary works do not compromise main construction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of designs, checks, and any alterations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator.
• Ability to manage safety-critical systems in a complex construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and structural safety standards.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrington, UK
