What you will do

• Develop and manage schedules for all temporary works requirements including scaffolding, shoring, and site access.
• Oversee the preparation and checking of temporary works designs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through rigorous RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).
• Supervise on-site erection and maintenance of temporary structures to ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to prevent interference with main construction works.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and exercise authority to stop work if safety standards are compromised.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing temporary works within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards for temporary structures.
• Ability to interpret and check complex engineering designs and plans.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrington, UK.
