What you will do
- Develop and maintain optimal customer experiences in the Nordics
- Manage daily operations, including vehicle and shift planning
- Act as the primary contact for customers, carriers, and workshops
- Analyze performance to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
- Resolve customer inquiries and monitor support inboxes
- Conduct on-site visits and provide go-live support for deployment projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Experience in customer-facing operational or logistics roles (plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Passion for electric transport and sustainability
