What you will do

• Define the strategy and transformation roadmap for procurement capabilities to ensure long-term value.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation, focusing on digitalization, automation, and efficiency.
• Implement process optimization through RPA and AI solutions.
• Translate strategic business priorities into actionable execution plans and measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in production, R&D, engineering, and quality.
• Manage initiatives and track KPIs using JIRA and various analytical reporting tools.

Requirements

• MSc in Engineering, Industrial Economics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in complex environments.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel and JIRA.
• Ability to pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with RPA and AI-enabled solutions in transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Lean, operational excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally IFS) and BI tools like Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or other complex industrial environments.
