What you will do

• Manage RMA partners, including tracking performance, cost follow-up, and driving root-cause analysis.
• Act as a key interface between internal teams and external partners regarding RMA cases.
• Develop and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product availability and service execution.
• Present data and align stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a global environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP and BI tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
