What you will do

• Lead the governance of key supply chain KPIs and the deviation management process.
• Analyze supply chain data and integrate AI solutions to identify opportunities and increase business efficiency.
• Define, develop, and refine analytics solutions within Qlik Sense based on business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with S&OP, RMA, and Order processes to translate pain points into actionable solutions.
• Maintain high data quality within ERP and BI systems to ensure reliable reporting.
• Design and propose new KPIs and measurements to enable proactive monitoring of supply chain processes.

Requirements

• University degree (minimum B.Sc.) in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a similar field.
• Proven experience of supply chain optimization within a global environment.
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience working with data from ERP systems and proficiency with BI tools (preferably Qlik Sense).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into professional reports.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Lund, Sweden.
