What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of employees, empowering them to take ownership and grow in their roles.
• Manage day-to-day sorting and last-mile delivery operations to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Own the site’s budget and KPIs, identifying cost drivers and driving continuous improvement.
• Handle staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with labor laws.
• Drive tactical and strategic initiatives that align with long-term corporate goals.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance reviews for the onsite team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven leadership experience in a similar or production-oriented environment.
• Track record of building strong, healthy teams and creating a positive organizational culture.
• Strong communication skills for managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Södertälje, Sweden.
