What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing of goods, materials, and services.
• Obtain quotations, compare market prices, and conduct supplier negotiations.
• Select and maintain long-term relationships with international suppliers.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure operational alignment.
• Monitor delivery deadlines, quality standards, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare analytical reports for the purchasing department.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business/economics.
• Several years of professional experience in operational or strategic purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and technical understanding.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in German, Chinese, and English for negotiation purposes.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
