What you will do

• Purchase goods, materials, and services for the business.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and select suitable partners.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality departments.
• Monitor delivery deadlines, quality, costs, and material availability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement improvements, and support new projects and product launches.
• Prepare purchasing analyses and reports while balancing price, quality, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial administration, or a related field, or a degree in business or economics.
• Several years of experience in operational and/or strategic purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and solid technical understanding.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent German, Chinese, and English required for negotiations.
