What you will do

• Perform maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Create and maintain technical reports and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
• Analyze equipment data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute proactive maintenance strategies to maximize uptime.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical vocational training (EFZ or equivalent); technician education is advantageous.
• Prior experience with semiconductor Photolithography Equipment is a strong advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a high level of self-reflection.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stäfa, Switzerland.
