What you will do

• Drive product vision and maintain the roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned portfolio offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product Development, Services, and Sales to improve product performance.
• Maintain accountability for product P&L, including revenue and profit growth.
• Support sales teams with product expertise, consulting, and collateral.
• Engage with customers and partners to inform future product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Finance required.
• 6+ years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the payments industry.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal) required.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a complex business environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in a software development environment or professional services.
• Direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodology.
