What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of APMs from initial research and planning through launch and optimization.
• Create detailed requirements, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new integrations.
• Collaborate directly with Engineering teams to define API architectures and ensure robust performance.
• Analyze key performance indicators like success rates, conversion, and latency to identify root causes of issues.
• Maintain expertise in global APM trends and country-specific consumer payment behaviors.
• Develop internal documentation and guides for operational and commercial teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or product delivery.
• Solid understanding of online payment mechanisms, settlement, notification systems, and API integrations.
• Proven experience partnering with engineering teams on technical solution design.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to make business-critical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
