What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), from initial research and planning through integration, launch, and optimization.
• Contribute to detailed requirements and collaborate directly with Engineering to ensure APM integrations adhere to best practices and operational demands.
• Analyze key performance indicators, investigate issues with Engineering and Support, and proactively use monitoring tools to drive platform improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global APM trends, provider capabilities, and regulatory shifts, evaluating new payment opportunities.
• Develop clear internal documentation and partner with Commercial teams to articulate the value proposition of payment methods to merchants.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure all payment methods adhere to applicable rules, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in payments, fintech, product delivery, or a related field (6+ years for Senior Specialist).
• Solid understanding of online payment mechanisms, including basic payment flows, settlement, and API integrations.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and actively contributing to technical solution design.
• A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving results across various teams.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas, translating seamlessly between business needs and technical specifications.
