What you will do

  • Define and execute short- and long-term strategic, commercial, and financial objectives for Managed Services.
  • Build, lead, and scale Managed Services as a dedicated business area to drive sustainable revenue and profitability.
  • Own business performance, including recurring revenue growth, margin improvement, and financial planning.
  • Develop operating models and commercial frameworks in partnership with Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
  • Standardize processes and automation capabilities to scale managed services models.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven success owning or influencing P&L performance, revenue growth, and operational scaling.
  • Extensive experience in IT services, managed services, cloud services, or digital transformation.
  • Experience developing recurring revenue business models and productized services.
  • Strong expertise in customer lifecycle management and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
