What you will do

• Manage the program portfolio for inference, efficiency, serving, and endpoints to guarantee infrastructure scalability.
• Lead end-to-end coordination and execution, focusing on collaboration between Modeling and customer-facing teams.
• Establish processes and identify pain points to improve engineering best practices and team development.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement, including root cause analysis and timely incident fixes.
• Ruthlessly prioritize overlapping projects to ensure the company's top priorities are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience focusing on Machine Learning Infrastructure.
• In-depth technical knowledge of model inference, serving, efficiency, and endpoints design.
• Experience working in chaotic, fast-paced, and low-structure environments.
• Strong priority for candidates based in the Eastern Time (ET) timezone.
• Ability to function effectively at both tactical and strategic levels.

Nice to have

• Prior hands-on technical experience in a technical role.
• Experience working with ML teams and a working understanding of how ML models are built.
