What you will do

• Lead ML strategy for global deployment initiatives to drive faster, safer, and more predictable customer onboarding.
• Architect and deliver ML solutions to optimize data migration, configuration validation, and risk detection.
• Partner with global stakeholders to embed data-driven decisioning directly into deployment tooling and workflows.
• Define success metrics and experimentation frameworks to establish leading indicators for customer adoption and deployment quality.
• Influence product roadmaps by translating complex insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in machine learning development and leading ML R&D initiatives.
• Proven experience designing complex ML systems and ensuring scalability and performance of models in production.
• Mastery of Python and the comprehensive ecosystem for data science and machine learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master's or PhD strongly preferred).
• Deep expertise in data processing, feature engineering, and the model development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of software development principles for architecting reliable production systems.
