Location: Must be based in Dubai with travel required across the MEA region.

What you will do

• Establish and maintain technical relationships with government, defense, and intelligence stakeholders across MEA.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts that connect hirify.global capabilities to real-world mission outcomes.
• Translate customer concepts of operation into clear, feasible technical solution approaches.
• Support the full pre-sales lifecycle, including RFI/RFP responses, technical discovery, and proposal development.
• Design end-to-end spatial intelligence solutions integrating software, satellite imagery, AI analytics, and third-party data.
• Act as a technical liaison between regional sales teams and internal Product, Engineering, and Services departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Geospatial/GIS, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or systems engineering within defense or intelligence sectors.
• Strong domain knowledge in GEOINT, spatial intelligence, ISR, or national security workflows.
• Proven experience supporting tenders, RFPs, and technical evaluation processes.
• Excellent English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel across the MEA region (approx. 25–50%).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Geospatial Sciences, AI, or related technical field.
• Experience working with Middle Eastern or African defense and intelligence organizations.
• Knowledge of AI/ML operational use cases like computer vision or predictive monitoring.
• Proficiency in Arabic or French.
• Familiarity with geospatial standards, OGC services, and 3D terrain data formats.
