Information Technology Manager (Cloud)

Salary: Up to $135,263.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and continuous improvement of IT services for the Cloud One ACSS program.
• Develop service blueprints, customer journey maps, and service ecosystem models.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to ensure service alignment with mission requirements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive performance.
• Advise Government stakeholders on service design strategies and ITSM best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Current DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification required.
• One or more cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent) required.
• Proven experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and platforms like ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments and service delivery models.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• Experience supporting DoD, U.S. Air Force, or Federal Government programs.
• Familiarity with Cloud One, Platform One, or large-scale enterprise cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
