What you will do

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, cloud services, and endpoint devices.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, specifically Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Implement and monitor security controls and policies across the organization to ensure system hardening.
• Manage MDM solutions and endpoint security for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Review and maintain firewall configurations using Fortigate and Sophos.
• Support virtualization environments and provide second-level support for complex incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or comparable qualification with professional experience (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA+).
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure administration and system management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Intune and Entra ID.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and backup procedures (Veeam).
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Gilching, Germany.
