What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of fire consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct fire safety surveys, risk assessments, and quality monitoring on diverse sites.
• Provide expert advice on fire safety standards and legislation to clients and partners.
• Liaise with enforcing authorities and assist in the preparation of PQQ and bid documentation.
• Develop the fire consultancy service offering and contribute to management financial reporting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across public and private sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in a Fire Discipline.
• Robust knowledge of UK fire safety legislation.
• Membership of IFE, IFSM, or an equivalent professional body.
• Proven track record in line management and team development.
• Strong experience in directing complex projects and securing new business.
• Excellent client-facing skills with a proactive, commercial approach.
