TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end bookings and Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring revenue accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Manage the operational lifecycle of customers and partners, from provisioning to renewal and offboarding.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of 10 operations professionals.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for billing disputes, provisioning failures, and commercial edge cases.
  • Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives in partnership with Finance, IT, and RevOps to increase automation.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and translate data into strategic decisions for the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain or willing to work from the Madrid hub.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in a fast-scaling software or SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in the Quote-to-Cash cycle and revenue operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and fluency in ERP/billing tools like NetSuite, Zuora, or Conga.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish or additional European languages are a plus.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Operations.
