What you will do

• Lead large scopes within EfW projects, focusing on either Core Products (Combustion, Boiler, FGT, WSC, STS) or Plants (EIC, BOP, Civil Works).
• Take full ownership of project delivery concerning cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to ensure alignment of interfaces.
• Drive the Project Execution Strategy, PEPP, and Project Quality Plan across the assigned scope.
• Establish robust time schedule baselines in collaboration with project schedulers and TPMs.
• Manage documentation flow to ensure critical construction and commissioning materials reach the site team on time.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree with strong practical and industrial experience.
• Robust understanding of industrial processes and product systems, preferably in an Energy from Waste environment.
• Proven leadership experience driving and coaching multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication and mediation skills for managing internal and external conflicts.
• Experience in contract management, risk navigation, and complex negotiations with stakeholders and suppliers.
• English: Fluency is mandatory

Nice to have

• IPMA/PMI project certification.

• Proficiency in German.
