What you will do

• Manage end-to-end compilation and automation of monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Track engineering productivity metrics and team health indicators via real-time executive dashboards.
• Facilitate and oversee the maintenance of the Global Engineering team’s three-year strategic plan.
• Act as the primary liaison between Engineering and Enterprise IT, Operations, Cybersecurity, Product Management, and Finance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement business process automation leveraging system APIs and integrations.
• Monitor organizational health and resource utilization to provide regular operational risk assessments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational support experience for senior executives in Chief of Staff, Program Manager, or Operations Manager roles.
• Technology background in software development organizations with understanding of Agile and DevOps.
• Proven track record of eliminating manual processes and implementing continuous improvement procedures.
• Proficiency in data analysis, BI platforms, and data visualization tools for executive reporting.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and API integrations to reduce manual overhead.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
