Salary: $150,000–$185,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and grow a team of engineers through regular 1:1s and impact-focused coaching.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including pre-sales support, scoping, and proposal creation.
• Oversee technical delivery to ensure high-quality, production-grade software that meets platform standards.
• Act as the senior engineering voice in customer relationships, managing expectations and resolving delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to feed customer insights back into the IrisX roadmap.
• Shape the Professional Services practice by defining delivery, pricing, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and growing software engineering teams.
• Strong project management background in professional services, consulting, or contract delivery.
• Experience with pre-sales activities, including scoping work and creating statements of work.
• Solid technical background to guide architectural decisions and review solution designs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and enterprise stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the London, Ontario hub on a regular basis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the construction, telematics, or IoT industries.
• Experience adopting AI tools within the engineering delivery lifecycle.
