Account Manager (Enterprise Networking Sales): Build and grow enterprise customer relationships and revenue for Arista data center and campus networking products with an accent on consultative sales, complex sales cycles, and multi-level/CXO selling. Focus on developing pipeline, qualifying and tracking leads, coordinating with technical resources, and driving bookings goals in the Finnish market.

What you will do
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals.
- Develop pipeline by building relationships with top-tier prospects, partners, and customers.
- Manage and grow new and existing enterprise and telco accounts, including white-space expansion.
- Prospect and qualify leads via telephone, research key contacts, and run the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing programs in coordination with headquarters.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues for quick resolution; complete required product training and certifications.
Requirements
- Located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and based in Finland.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the high-tech market, or presales engineering experience with a desire to move into sales.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- Proven track record of consistent sales achievement against target and success managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong domain knowledge of networking solutions (routers/switches) and experience selling into enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to sell at CXO and multi-level stakeholder levels.
