Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Provide technical consulting to customers and internal teams regarding upgrade solutions.
  • Prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct needs analysis to develop and present upgrade concepts.
  • Support the execution of upgrade projects from initial inquiry through to final implementation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Service departments to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Monitor market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or customer consulting.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, or SCADA systems.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of wind turbine technology.
  • Proficiency in German or Spanish.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
