What you will do
- Translate business requirements from Operations teams into system-based technical concepts for BI implementation.
- Manage cross-functional data projects, defining plans and ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Prepare Business Scope Statements (BSS) and create detailed end-user documentation for reports and dashboards.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Provide training on new reports and BI tools to global end-users.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing data-related projects in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
- Profound knowledge of reporting and dashboarding applications, ideally SAP BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong data analytics expertise with the ability to understand data elements, sources, and relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Nice to have
- End-user knowledge of SAP ERP (MM/SD), SAP IBP, or SAP TM.
