Junior Pricing Analyst

Junior Pricing Analyst (Data Analytics): Supporting the continuous optimization of pricing strategies and revenue performance with an accent on data-driven decision-making and KPI analysis. Focus on working with large datasets in Excel and R, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving AI-supported pricing solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cologne, Germany. Hybrid work arrangement available with up to 20 days per year remote within the EU.

Salary: €45,000–€53,000 per year

What you will do

• Optimize and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability across assigned markets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators like revenue and total contribution.
• Process large data sets using Excel and R to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Country Management, Category Management, BI, and Data Science teams.
• Contribute to the development of pricing tools and AI-supported solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience in pricing, revenue management, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, large datasets).
• English proficiency for daily communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Cologne on a regular basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with R or R Studio.
• Background in e-commerce.
