Location: Hybrid (3 days in office; 2 remote). Must be based in the US
Salary: $85,000–$105,000

What you will do
- Define reporting requirements and deliver scalable BI dashboards and scorecards with standardized KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights and supporting materials for QBRs and executive strategic discussions.
- Establish and maintain standardized data definitions and KPI logic across TMS and financial systems.
- Own end-to-end TMS and reporting support via Zendesk, troubleshooting order-to-cash transaction flows.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting performance expectations and best practices.
- Develop exception-based reporting and alerting to identify service risks and operational disruptions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data governance, or TMS support within transportation, 3PL, or supply chain environments.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including development of data models and dashboards.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Experience managing TMS platforms (e.g., Infios / MercuryGate) and system integrations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- US work authorization required (implied by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).
