What you will do

• Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and Databricks to support workforce planning and retention analysis.
• Implement sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards to track key people KPIs, including hiring, attrition, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Service, and HR Business Partners to align analytics with strategic organizational objectives.
• Conduct in-depth operational data analysis to identify attrition drivers and track hiring funnel performance.
• Transform complex people data into actionable recommendations and compelling narratives for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally within People Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, including data modeling and semantic layer optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and SQL for handling large HR datasets.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cologne, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency with Jira.
