What you will do
- Manage inventory levels, stock coverage, shelf-life exposure, slow-moving inventory, and stock-out risks.
- Execute replenishment plans and monitor incoming supply to maintain product availability.
- Coordinate product movements with warehouses, logistics providers, distribution partners, manufacturing sites, and regional supply teams.
- Resolve transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment, backorder, and supply disruption issues.
- Develop supply chain performance reports and dashboards, analyze inventory and logistics data, and maintain ERP master data.
- Support business continuity planning, product launches, portfolio changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and material management.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including SAP or Oracle, AI tools, and MS Excel.
- Intermediate English at B1+ level is preferred for communication with international teams.
Nice to have
- Additional studies in Supply Chain Management or Production Planning.
- Previous pharmaceutical industry experience.
