Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite at a third-party logistics warehouse in York, Pennsylvania, United States

Base salary: $72,000–$91,000 annually, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage daily onsite operations with the 3PL warehouse and oversee service levels, process execution, and escalations.
• Develop and execute 3PL management processes supporting supply chain fulfillment and business objectives.
• Coordinate with order management, sales and marketing, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers, transportation, and planning teams.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve service, profitability, inventory levels, and process performance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and regular audits.
• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews while maintaining a proactive partnership with the 3PL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory, transportation, KPIs, and service levels.
• Analytical, project management, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, drive results, challenge existing processes, and develop operational improvements.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship and transfer of employment visa sponsorship are not available.
