What you will do

• Raise UX and UI quality across platforms through standards, feedback, and design rituals.
• Shape and evolve the design system strategy, including components, patterns, and documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve consistency, accessibility, and implementation quality.
• Mentor senior designers and provide structured feedback to raise the standard of design craft.
• Define future-state journeys, interaction patterns, and experience principles.
• Explore AI-enabled approaches to improve ideation and team workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with deep expertise in design systems.
• Strategic systems thinker capable of connecting design quality with business impact.
• Strong craft expertise in components, patterns, interaction design, and documentation.
• Proven ability to influence and partner across Design, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring designers and scaling design systems across product teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
