Senior Product Designer (AI Platform)

Salary: €65,000–€81,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end integrations experience, including marketplace discovery, activation, configuration, and connected workflows.
• Design how the AI Agent operates inside third-party tools and communication channels.
• Shape the UX of an AI-powered integration generator that dynamically creates integrations for customer needs.
• Define agent behaviors, skills, triggers, and user-control patterns for agentic product experiences.
• Work directly with development teams using internal code-prototyping tools and advance the design system as the product scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in technical or platform domains.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex systems and strong product-design craft.
• Systems-thinking skills, with comfort working with flows, dependencies, and architecture.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions in an engineering-heavy environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to turn unclear problems into buildable direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, developer platforms, or marketplace products.
• Experience building or using automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• Thoughtful experience designing for AI agents rather than only AI features.
