Salary: €60,000–€80,000 annual gross

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end product experience, including flows, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI for complex AI products.
• Audit and systematically improve existing visual debt while maintaining high momentum.
• Translate agentic, AI-native visions into concrete, usable interfaces.
• Build and evolve a pragmatic, scalable design system in Figma.
• Partner closely with leadership and frontend engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Conduct user discovery, including sitting in on calls and analyzing product data to solve real user problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior product design experience, ideally in B2B/SaaS or AI products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of UX/UI and interaction patterns.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design-system thinking.
• Ability to design for ambiguity and data-heavy workflows.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work from the Madrid office in a hybrid capacity.
