What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding and offboarding, optimizing workflows and ensuring stakeholders meet timelines and quality standards.
- Design and implement automated, scalable HR workflows and maintain lifecycle materials (guides, checklists, templates, communications) for new joiners, managers, and People stakeholders.
- Own HRIS system integrity: ensure data accuracy and structural integrity, and collaborate on automation opportunities and new functional modules.
- Handle employee requests via Jira within SLAs, analyze ticket trends to identify systemic gaps, and implement proactive improvements to reduce manual workload.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive HR queries, ensuring policy-aligned, consistent resolutions and monitoring response quality and efficiency.
- Build HR Ops documentation and run automated internal data audits to maintain continuous audit readiness and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience owning HR operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management).
- Strong HRIS experience with a focus on data accuracy, system structure integrity, and governance.
- Proven ability to design and deploy workflow automation and scalable operational processes.
- Experience managing employee requests and operational compliance using Jira and SLA-based processes.
- Ability to handle complex or sensitive employee cases with policy alignment and consistency.
- Based in Madrid (hybrid work indicated).
