What you will do

• Support the HR department with daily administrative tasks and record maintenance.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new talent.
• Contribute to HR projects including performance reviews, employee surveys, and training programs.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and social events.
• Help with day-to-day office operations and logistics in the Barcelona office.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, HRIS, and Confluence to manage HR data.

Requirements

• Must be an active student or recent graduate eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement.
• Professional level of English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Energetic, creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
