What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of Reward philosophy and strategy for company brands.
• Align teams with regional and global Total Rewards strategies in collaboration with people partners and business leaders.
• Manage and execute pay review cycles using Workday to ensure efficiency and data accuracy.
• Provide comprehensive data insights to help leadership make informed people-related decisions.
• Ensure adoption of global TR strategy and maintain compliance in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Total Rewards, specifically within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively explain rewards to employees.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
