What you will do

• Secure new logos within the FSI sector and create targeted acquisition strategies.
• Expand hirify.global use cases within existing accounts to drive impact.
• Build and maintain strong C-level relationships across Engineering, Platform, and Data Science departments.
• Plan and document growth strategies for customer usage and value realization.
• Orchestrate internal teams and ecosystem partners to execute effective sales motions.
• Consult with customers to identify critical data use cases and buying centers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling multi-million dollar complex software deals to large enterprises.
• Proven sales experience targeting Enterprise FSI customers in Japan.
• Strong background in selling usage-based SaaS solutions or Data/AI/ML technologies.
• Deep expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, value selling, and account planning.
• Demonstrated ability to hunt in greenfield spaces while managing and expanding existing accounts.
• Ability to develop and manage a clear partner strategy.
