What you will do
- Lead strategic finance for the Semiconductor Business Unit as a member of the business leadership team.
- Develop short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide insights on product, customer, and channel profitability, manufacturing and supply chain costs, R&D investments, working capital, and return on capital.
- Lead global reporting, financial analysis, executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance benchmarking.
- Drive the evolution of financial structures, controls, ERP strategy, standardized reporting, and harmonized processes.
- Support M&A due diligence, ROI analysis, and integration while partnering with senior business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven finance leadership experience in a multinational, publicly traded company.
- Strong background in manufacturing and operations finance.
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, GAAP reporting and compliance, capital allocation, investment analysis, and financial systems and ERP environments.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders, including General Managers.
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred; M&A experience is highly desirable.
