What you will do

• Establish and operate a robust PMO governance framework for the Korea portfolio.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data centre projects including hyperscale builds and facility upgrades.
• Oversee CAPEX budgets, financial forecasting, and vendor performance to maximize ROI.
• Manage procurement lifecycles, contract administration, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management standards.
• Serve as the primary interface for senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and utility providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• 5-10+ years of experience in project management for large-scale data centre infrastructure.
• Proven experience in establishing PMO functions and implementing governance frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract administration and multi-million-dollar budget management.
• Must be comfortable traveling within South Korea to various data centre sites.
• Professional certification such as PMP, Prince2, or CSM is highly preferred.

• Experience in high-density AI/HPC workload environments.
