What you will do

• Lead project planning, scoping, and budgeting for facilities optimized for AI and HPC workloads.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and master schedules using robust change management processes.
• Implement technical solutions for high-density power distribution, advanced thermal management (liquid cooling), and GPU cluster cabling.
• Coordinate between internal global engineering teams and external general contractors and vendors.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to design and supply chain to prevent delays.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety standards and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, specifically with hyperscale or mission-critical datacenters.
• Strong understanding of power systems (UPS, PDU, transformers) and cooling systems (CRAC, chillers).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Procore.
• Ability to traverse construction sites in various weather conditions and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and high-wattage GPU server deployments.
• PMP or PgMP certifications.
• Experience with factory prefabricated datacenter technology and modular MEP systems.
• Knowledge of LEED and Uptime Institute Tier Standards.
• Experience working with international teams on global projects.
